Introducing Alm Ranch

Alm Ranch is owned and operated by Lexi and Logan Alm.

Being able to document Alm Ranch has been an absolute blast; to say it's been a ride would be a great pun and some where in between organizing sessions and horses we gained a solid friendship. Lexi is for SURE one of those girls you want in your corner, both for entrepreneur support and in a bar fight (totally kidding, but she's tough as nails and sweet as pie). We can't forget Logan, who has seriously gained the 'best husband award' umpteen years in a row; i've also been told he supplies great snacks.

Lexi and Logan both grew up in the fast lifestyle of competing in rodeo and riding horses. It didn't take long for them to realize they could truly build a life for themselves that encouraged and multiplied their passion in the industry. Lexi is the main lead on working and training horses.

The goal for Alm Ranch is to create a niche in the industry for specific buyers that fit into their unique program. They focus on money earners in performance competitions, specifically mares. The hope is to continue the growth of their own performance and ranch herd to pass on for generations.

Like any dream it requires work, sweat and tons of dedication. Logan works full time at Bobcat as a product Trainer. When Logan isn't at work he always finds jobs to do to fill in that free time, building round pens, laying new flooring in the horse trailers, or helping Lexi with the horses, he for sure is the handy man every successful equine wife needs. Lexi works full time as well for as a ranch hand at the Bartholomay Kattle Kompany where she tends to livestock and day to day ranch tasks. When she's completed with her day she heads straight over to work colts (either at L7 Ranch or Alm Ranch). I can't tell you how many snaps and videos I've watched of her riding with those construction lights out in the pitch black, to say she's dedicated is an understatement. Watching the drive in these two is inspiring nonetheless and I can't wait to watch their story through the years.

Just a few highlights which were I was featured on Cowgirl Magazine for one of! Lexi and I about cried when we seen it on their site, a huge milestone was hit for both teams.
